SHIPPING POLICY

For Domestic Orders
All our products will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed, and tracking details when the shipment has been dispatched. In most cases, your order is sent through Delhivery. Shipping charges are free for all purchases above Rs 2000/-

For International Orders 
As of now, there is no international shipping.

RETURN POLICY

We take great care to provide you with the best products possible. Please keep in mind that all orders are final and cannot be returned. Once an order is placed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Before shipping, all products are quality checked. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us at thandarsgarden@gmail.com within 5 business days with an unpacking video as proof so that we can best assist you.

Videos and photos are required as proof of the damage in order for us to help with your replacement.

Any product that has significant damage will be replaced at no cost.

Orders are delivered to the address you enter during the checkout process. If the product is returned because the address provided was incorrect, w We are not responsible for any delays caused by the delivery carrier, replacement of lost orders. Before we may ship the goods again, the shipping charge must be paid. The shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount if you wish to cancel the order.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

Retailers who promote our products must include links to our social media channels.

All wholesale orders are final and non-refundable or exchangeable.

All payments are collected at the time of purchase.

Retailers will be responsible for shipping charges.
